Online submissions will be done in the simplest and securest way possible.  Just send me a copy of your submission with your intent to pay via Paypal and I will send you a bill shortly after.  Once you have paid I will notify you of your entry's qualification into the contest.  Entries should be sent as text e-mails, but you may send them as attachments if needed.
